Really handy for PPoint presentations, or sending links to students where you want them to cut to a specific point in a video. Like this (click where it says ‘YouTube’ as playback is disabled on external sites):
Of course, you could be clever and figure out how this is done just by analysing the URL, but this method is quicker for most people.
